This old mill dates from the 11th Century when it was owned by the abbey of Saint-Maxime de Treves. It has recently been restored and houses a milling museum with an exhibition about the operation of the watermill. You can see the old wheels and the grain milling machines, and learn about the processes involved in making flour. The visit also explains the history of hydraulic power and it is usually possible to see the mill wheel working.
