This is Luxembourg`s only chairlift, and from the far bank of the River Our it rises from 220 metres in the valley to 440 metres altitude. As it rises there are great views of the town, Vianden Castle and the Our Valley. The chairlift offers an opportunity to take striking photographs of the castle. More great views are at the top where there is a cafe. From here a footpath descends to the castle.
