High above the village of Useldange on the bank of the River Attert stands the ruins of an ancient castle. The well preserved 65 foot high keep is the oldet part of the feudal fortress, and it probably dates back to the 11th Century. The walls with their two Gothic towers are from the 14th Century. In the Attert Valley, the village has won awards and is well worth exploring.
