From the hamlet of Mullerthal a walk through a wooded ravine can be taken to the picturesque waterfall known as Schiessentumpel where the River Ernz can be crossed by a footbridge above the waterfall. The small village of Mullerthal in the valley of the Black Ernz has given its name to a whole area known for its wooded valleys, cliffs and rocks with fantastic shapes. There are many other possibilities for walks.
