The Open Air Folklore Museum can be seen in the small village of Schwebsingen, south of Wellenstein. There are wine presses from the 13th Century and a fountain of the wine children. Also of interest is the ancient trough and a Gallo-Roman sarcophagus. The village church dates from the 15th Century and has two spires. Schwebsingen is in the parish of Wellenstein and it has a marina on the Moselle for sailing boats.
