Minieresbunn
Fond-de-Gras, Differdange - Luxembourg

Map
The Minieresbunn is a narrow gauge railway that starts its journey in Fond-de-Gras, from where it carries passengers to Lasauvage, and then to Saulnes in France. On its route it passes through the remains of an iron ore mine, about one mile long. Fond-de-Gras was once an industrial area, busy with ironworks and mines. Saulnes also has remains from this era. Most passengers on the Minieresbunn start their journey from Petange by taking Train 1900 to Fond-de-Gras, where they can transfer to this little train.
