Grouwen Park, with its splendid beech trees, is an ideal place for a short walk in pleasant surroundings. The park dates from the early 20th Century when it was constructed as a place for recreation. Since then it has been renovated and now has wide paths, a fitness circuit and a bandstand where musical concerts are held. In the park are information boards about the park`s history. A two mile walk through this historic park starts from a car park in Rue Lasaauvage.
